and always has a nice breeze; it also has table and 6 chairs. Guest rooms done in Florida colors, one with king bed the
other with twins, the guest bath in between. Queen sofa sleeper in
great room.
The kitchen is fully equipped
and has 4 bar stools at counter and is open to great room.
Everything you need is here including blender, toaster, food
processor, juicer, microwave, icemaker, and more. There are lots
of cabinets and counter space. The dining area
adjoins the great room and has sliders out to front balcony. Lots of
seating in great room to watch BIG SCREEN TV, features VCR,
stereo, CD player and sliders that open to back deck that
overlooks pool and water. This home has separate laundry room,
ironing board and iron. And a HEATED POOL!
This home has indirect water access and is on
a quiet court with privacy in Marco but close to beach and restaurants
and shopping.
